maximum amount of input, conversation history, and output an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can process at one time. The context window includes instructions, conversation history, uploaded material, tool results, and usually the response it generates. If a context window grows too large, the model tends to retain the information at the beginning and the most recent parts of conversations, letting go of the middle. The range of sizes is broad, from 8,000 tokens in the older models to upward of 1 million in the newer long-context models. Limits may be daily, hourly, or otherwise.

discipline of getting more current users to carry out the call to action you want without needing new traffic. It typically involves fixing confusing pages and elements, clarifying CTAs, testing interactive elements such as buttons, and making things actionable instead of merely interesting.

Here's how an LLM works: The user inputs a prompt or question. The LLM uses its trained model to predict the most likely next word or phrase (token) in the sequence.
